Kim Kang Trading was first established in 1992 as a humble beginning with just a few acres of land in Minyak Beku, Batu Pahat, Johor.

The founder of Kim Kang, Mr. Goh Siak Ngan started over 20 years ago as one of the pioneers in the commercial captive breeding of Asian Arowana and other ornamental fishes in southern region. Throughout the years, not only has he bred Arowana, but also the popular stingray species.

Kim Kang Aquaculture Snd Bhd was incorporated in July 2002. The merger with Qian Hu Corportation Limited (a listed company in Singapore) has lead Kim Kang Aquaculture Sdn Bhd to a new era and greater business opportunities and growth. With the certification of ISO 9001:2000 in 24 March 2004, we have ensure our customer receive good quality fishes as well as superior delivery service. The company mission is to produce the market not only quantity but also quality fish at competitive prices in local and overseas markets. Presently Kim Kang Aquaculture Sdn Bhd has wide varieties of selections and stocks for tropical and seasonal fishes.

To ensure the quality of our bred Arowana, the breeding ponds are built based on carefully selected areas in Minyak Beku and in Bindu. The farms have incorporated a specially designed piping system. A nursery has been set up to nurture our precious Arowana fries to marketable size through controlled process.

Kim Kang Aquaculture Sdn Bhd was incorporated in July 2002 from Kim Kang Aquaculture Trading. The company has been registered with Department of Fisheries Malaysia and obtains the license to trade Arowana commercially. All our Dragon fish are tagged and certified by the Department of Fisheries in Malaysia.
